🔁 Returns & Exchanges – Fast In Fast Out

At Fast In Fast Out, we want every fan to feel like they’re on the podium.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your F1 gear, we're here to help with returns or exchanges—fast and fair.


⏳ Return Window

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Free of damage, stains, or odors

Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of F1 merch and special collections, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance/sale items (marked as Final Sale)

  • Limited-edition or team-exclusive drops


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or swapped team gear?

  • Exchanges are free for size or color changes (within the return window).

  • Simply email us at paddock@fastin-fastout.com with your order number and exchange request.

  • We’ll send you a return label (where eligible) and ship the new item once the original is received.


💵 Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item sent).


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at paddock@fastin-fastout.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with instructions and a return label if applicable.

  3. Pack your item securely and send it back to us.

  4. We’ll confirm receipt and issue your refund or exchange.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right—fast.
