Thanks for shopping with us at Fast In Fast Out, your go-to source for premium Formula 1 apparel and official team merchandise in Southeast Asia. We aim to get your gear to you quickly, safely, and with pole-position service!

🌍 Where We Ship

We proudly ship regionally to F1 fans in Southeast Asia. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia

  • [Coming Soon] Vietnam, Laos, Brunei, Thailand, Myanmar, Philippines, Cambodia

If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

⏱️ Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak race weekends or launch events, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping:

  • Singapore: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of Southeast Asia: 4–8 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier performance during busy seasons.

🧾 Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.

🛃 International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering F1 merch.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please reach out to us at paddock@fastin-fastout.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We’ll help file a claim or investigate with the carrier. Please retain all original packaging and photographs of damage.

🏎️ Special Edition & Team Releases

Some limited-edition team drops or pre-order items may have different processing or shipping timelines, which will be clearly noted on the product page.
